I am so happy for you That is wonderful news. I am still waiting on my granddaughter's mom to come around. Like you said, one day it will happen even if Emma finds me when she gets old enough to understand we did not abandon her. She is so precious as are my other two granddaughters. God bless and enjoy your family.

Nlb, I'm SO happy for you! Grandchildren are such blessings!! I pray you get to meet them all very soon and can build a relationship with them, as well as rebuilding relationships with your son and daughter.
Looks like a old pile of rocks rather than ancient ruins. Been in meetings most of the day and I'm tired, it amazes me that we chatter a lot during the day with no problems but the moment you sit in a meeting ang and are required to talk it tires me out. I expect it is having to stay focused that does it. Goodnight and God bless.
Four Lessons on Life:
1. Never take down a fence until you know why it was put up.
2. If you get too far ahead of the army, your soldiers may mistake you for the enemy.
3. Don't complain about the bottom rungs of the ladder; they helped to get you higher.
4. If you want to enjoy the rainbow, be prepared to endure the storm. —Warren Wiersbe (On Being a Servant of God)
What a great start for my day.....will pass this on. Thanks and God Bless you

Warren Wiersbe has a lot of wisdom, for sure. Sometimes our church take-home paper has short sermons from him, with his pic. His eyes have such a twinkle!

Wise man, that Warren Wiersbe!
The comment on the fence reminded me of a story. One day a farmer saw a car coming down the road, and it stopped at his farmhouse. He greeted the man inside who said he was a government inspector come to check something about that farmer's land. The farmer said, "Well, OK, but don't go into that field at the fence on the north side of the house.
The inspector flipped open his wallet, pointed to the card with his government ID, and said, "This card allows me to go anywhere on your property that I feel needs I need to look at! "
The farmer said, "Oh, OK" and turned back into his house.
A little while later the farmer heard a yell and saw the inspector running as fast as he could in the field he was told not to enter. A large bull was running behind him and gaining ground.
The farmer stepped onto the stoop and yelled at the government man, "Show him your card! Show him your card! "

LuvsWesterns--a good story! Most fences are for a good purpose! Better find out the reason before ignoring that fence!
It really is! Look at the size of those stones! And was it destroyed by an enemy or an earthquake? I'm assuming that is a full sized building just behind the trees, but maybe it is not.
I'm on here early for me, almost noon in IN, and rain again today. Still a bit of snow melting so there has been a lot of fog. Now we are under a flood watch--around here that doesn't mean homes are in danger, just water in basements and WATCH IT on the roads, always some accidents that way. And 2 days ago I was counting the vehicles that slid into the ditch from the snow-packed road. Everybody, stay safe!
