Have one in the freezer. Maybe will bake it next week. I then freeze them in slices for later. There's only one of me here to eat it.

Great idea, elijah! I can't eat sweets, or at least not very much, but my Dearly Beloved just loves them. I'll bake that peach pie for him and then freeze some slices for later. Thanks for the suggestion.

Did better than I expected on this one...
Not a big fan of pecan or pumpkin pies...Like the fruit ones the best, but also like chocolate, lemon & key lime ones.
