Neat old castle. Probably had lowly paid servants and slaves doing the work for the rich owners.

Sorry we never made it to this one, but went by it...near the bay of naples...i was so anxious to see the birthplace of my mother and meet my uncles for the first time....it is a trip I will never forget...i only wish I knew my genealogy back then, as I do now...

I think home's a place where you feel welcome, and entitled to be there. It should be a safe haven from which you can gain strength to meet the challenges of life and a place of healing when you are defeated. So home is more a circle of loving, nurturing people than anything else.

That's very true of this group. It doesn't matter if you're on here everyday or just once in a while, everyone always seems to be supportive of each other. It's really refreshing to see that there are still nice people in the world.

I love the way these puzzles work. Once you put in the last puzzle piece, all the lines disappear and it's gorgeous!!

What an interesting castle. When I look at it, I think monastery. Don't ask me why. Maybe because it looks austere and secluded to me. Whatever...(shoulder shrug) It is still interesting and I would like to have a look inside to see if it looks as austere. - In its hey-day I mean. I wouldn't think it would be flamboyantly decorated after all this time.
