I recently mail-ordered a special bag to keep bananas in-- in the fridge. It claims the nanners will stay fresh for up to two weeks. They will turn brown maybe, but will stay perfect under the skin. I haven't been to the market since it arrived so haven't had a chance to try it. Hope it works! Anyone know about this?
