Yes, it looks so delicious.
So many sheep? I've been watching YouTube videos about the reforestation of the Scottish Highlands. Deer and sheep have overgrazed the area and nothing grows. So, slowly, conservation enthusiasts have been fencing off areas, and the trees and heather and beginning to thrive. Maybe Australia needs to do something similar with the Outback. Of course, some planting and irrigation may be in order as well. Wouldn't it be nice, though, to have an all-green Australia? It's a thought, for sure.

I think the weather may not be as green friendly in the outback as it is in tyhe highlands, vmarie. But it never hurts to try out irrigation.
I wish our country would imbed a network of underground pipes to carry floodplain water to drought areas. By having the pipes deep enough the drop of the water down the pipes would turn turbines generating electricity that could pump the water where it needs to go.

Anything that can be made at home, HAS to be more healthy than the stuff we get in the stores. Interesting info about Australia! Thanks, aussie!

We need to face the reality of where and why rain comes. The outback will always be a desert.
Everything looks delicious!! Fresh fruit and homemade jam! Yummy!! Although I have never tried one made with kiwi.
It is a beautiful Spring day outside today. I love this time of the year!
(now that was a reach, lol)
"There are three times as many sheep than people living in Australia."
"Australia's first police force was made up of the most well-behaved convicts. "
Good night and God bless. Hugs.
