Amen to that, Jamp. I just got my seeds for next summer. Have to wait another month before starting them. But it's something to look forward to during this deep freeze. Four days of it. Then it's supposed to bounce up to the 50's. (We're in upstate NY)

Compared to other mediums I find watercolors express light the best. You can get a much wider range of values with them. But boy they are difficult. You have to be ready to let the paint do much of the deciding and there's no going back.
Hoping when you have to take chances you won't wish you could go back.
