Where are those grand kids now that there is a puzzle for them to work! They love puzzles but they are busy with activities for now. Cute little puzzle was quick to do, fun colors.
Cute, looks likes a kids puzzle, was very easy. Got that pain device temporarily inserted in my back for the pain. So far I don't have much good to say about it. I can't shower, only sponge baths because the device is not implanted only taped on. To have it deal with my pain it is turned up and it sends what feels like electric shocks from my mid back down to my toes, more painful than before.I turned it down so it would stop doing that and it made my pain increase back to what it normally is.Called the doctors and they had me change the program so the frequency was different, can't feel it now but it's not helping the pain now. Will have it on for a week and so far I don't think I will be keeping this device in. Everyone stay safe.
My hubby had one of those, called a neuro-stimulator. He went through the 'trial' period where he wore it on the outside and then had the device implanted. It did give him some relief from his pain. Two years ago he had it removed when his surgeon did his fourth spinal fusion.

PS: There were several times when he had to have the neuro-stim tech tweak the program to give more relief 'here or there.'

Darambo, I'm so sorry to hear it's not working so far. I've been praying for you that it would work instantly to stop the pain. It's so good that they can do this trial before doing a permanent insertion. I'll pray now that they are able to adjust the frequency to do what it's supposed to do, with no more painful trials. My Urologist is now urging me to get something implanted that will help with bladder problems, but afterwards I wouldn't be able to have an MRI ever again. With my spinal problems, I have to have MRIs once a year. What to do, what to do?! There's always a catch! Anyway, please rest and let the device do it's job once they get it adjusted right. God Bless!

I'm so sorry, darambo, I wish it had done better for you from the very first day. Maybe enough "tweaking" over the next week will help. Maybe find just the right frequency and strength. I sure pray it does. Chronic pain is such a miserable way to live.
God bless you all.
