Looks like everyone came across this before I did. I saw it and thought it looked really nice. Not sure if it is a cabin for family or maybe some kind of business cabin. Looks like a building next to it also. Not sure I am making since but hope you know what I mean.
Looks like a fairly big cabin and where I wish I were. This is my day to cook. Chicken in the oven, squash in microwave, cranberry sauce from a can. Will make up 4 meals for whenever--will go in freezer. Have a salad when I eat them. For 1 person I am not going to cook a meal each day for dinner.

Enjoy your dinner. I planned chicken today as well, with sweet potato and stuffed mushrooms and just for me canned cranberry sauce. Might also have string beans to use up a leftover.
Would like to be in those mountains also.

I get the cranberry sauce. I don't like the jelly one!

I agree elijah13. I make up meals and freeze them for later too. It's too difficult to fix for just one person.

I hear you. I was lucky enough to grow up near cranberry bogs in MASS. When I visit there, I usually have them; still as good as I remember them.

Makes a great deal of sense to me, elijah - you have meals ready when needed and only have to clean to kitchen one big time.

I went from 7th grade thru high school in Fairhaven, MA. They had a train that went thru the Cranberry bogs. I understand they still have that train trip. I think read about it in our Fairhaven newspaper which I subscribe to.

Raising 8 children, I would spend weekends cooking a lot, hoping to stay ahead of the game, thanks to a huge freezer.
One of our former "guests" told me, recently, that he learned how to eat with one hand and pass with the other while dining at our table, eons ago. :-)
Me too! It's hot's upper 90"s but if fill's in the 100"s.

Same in Missouri! I came here from a suburb of Boston; thought I would die the first summer here in 1953. But, here I am....in my a/c house, of course.

The mountains of Colorado are beautiful here. It has been unusually warm here, though, but cools off and often rains in the evenings. I am so happy I moved here!
Finally caught up! Been really busy the last 2 weeks. the first week wemMade a quick trip to Memphis to get my daughter-in-law and all her belongings to move her here to Colorado with my son. And on to Mississipp to get my daughter and bring her here for a visit. She's been here for a week now and is leaving tomorrow. Been very busy doing touristy things with them all.
