That's a great way to serve cake! Three layers -- not too thick, a filling in between layers (might be jelly or caramel) --- no frosting --
and topped off by fruit. Yum
I might try it with two layers, red raspberry jam in between, and topped off with cherries. Thanks C4J!!!

I'm pretty sure I've never had red currant and cake. It looks delicious.
