You're not the only one, dbnc2. I think I can live without any sweets for a long while.

Same here, tired of all the sweets. I can live without it. Getting nautilus just looking at it. Hope you're having a better day than we are; chilly, rainy and very dreary out there.
Hugs, love, and prayers for you and your country, aussie!

We've been praying for your country Aussie. So sad to see the devastation! Must be very frightening! Bless you!

Thanks nborchardt and sunsetsky, apparently things have eased a little but not out of the woods yet. The sad part is that people are being so hateful towards our prime minister who is a born again Christian, so we recognize where that is coming from. I pray daily for his protection and that of his family. Thank you for your love and support, a very sad time in the lives of many Australians. Hugs.

The raging fires in your country, as well as the middle east fighting, massive Indonesian flooding, and recent major earthquakes make me wonder if the end times may be in our lifetime.
Foggy and rainy today. Quite warm for January. I do hope it eventually cools enough for some more snowstorms. Snow keeps the plants happy because the melt lets the water percolate down to the water table instead of running off the surface.
Wishing you favorable weather for your environmental health.
My mother who would be over 100 now said that her father referred to a heavy snow cover in winter as God's manure. All farmers knew it was free and natural, and therefor the best fertilizer.
still tired of candy
Thre is a group of USA firefighters on the way to help us. God bless them, the Canadians and Kiwis - much appreciated.
God bless all of you. Hugs.
Wishing you favorable weather for your environmental health.
