My family eats eggs every single morning! Never get tired of them, and they are such a great source of protein and keep you going til lunch.We eat "Paleo" so lots of veggies, eggs, meat, some fruuit, nuts and seeds- that's it! NO grains or processed foods! I've done this for 4 years and before I switched, I had debillitating back and neck pain. 3 days after giving up grains I had no more pain ANYWHERE!!!! I'm 61 now and feel fantastic! EGGS....yummy!
