A collection of ceramic cups are on display in this online jigsaw puzzle. All the cups are decorated with red flowers, except for one in the upper left corner.
I think that's a rooster on the blue cup. I've seen them with the backside looking like that, and it would make it rustic, like the rest of the arrangement.

Perhaps it was a set of 8 flowered cups and a 9 hole shelf? Had to fill the last hole with something.

I think it has the flower on one side and the rooster on the other. There is also another row of cups that you can just start to see on the bottom of the puzzle.
Still a nice puzzle.
