Hi aknan, the best way for me to explain what they are is to give you the website. I apologize, because I am very poor at explaining things. They come from Wales and are little hand griddled, not baked cakes. I first discovered them at a Celtic festival. Boy, was I surprised! I thought this one was such a nice picture and that it would be pretty easy.....NOT! Pretty, yes, easy.......uh....nope. :) Still enjoyed it though.
