Kind of a sterile kitchen with almost no personal touches. It is missing the counter cat that supervises and helps us prepare food and wash dishes. Come on, that is closer to the real world.
Reminds me of my mother's kitchen in the 50's--only there would be more towels hanging fromthe stove & much more stuff--donuts, cereal & breadbasket on counter next to stove & Better Homes & Gardens Cook Book w/ splattered pages.

I don't want one of those dishwashers where you put your dishes and pans in before wiping and/or cleaning them off. All that 'stuff' just goes down your drain pipes and clogs them up. Same with a garbage disposal.

I rinse the dishes before they get put in the sink to be washed. It just makes more sense to put all the gunk that can be scraped off into the food compost bin. The one that gets picked up by the city! Then it can be rinsed off. Now that's more clear lol
