I think I have had a cat like this almost all of my life. So many I don't remember most of their names, except "Kitty Mame" & now "Scratcher"I remember crying my eyes out over one I buried under the dogwood tree.
I see the tufts on the ears that makes me think Maine Coon, but I was just reading the current Cat Fancy and they featured a cat with curly to frizzy hair called La Perm. They are born naked. This cat may be a mix.
