They look delicious! I remember when I was growing up, we were invited into homes for Halloween and given home-backed goodies! Too bad the kids are having to miss things like that because of the way the world is now! Very sad!!

You are right about how things have changed. How did it get that way where the kids can't go in peoples homes. I did that and it was so cozy and friendly. The world will never be the same and it is getting to close us. Our 13 year old granddaughter had a scare at her school last week where there was a lockdown because someone thought there was a gun there. Her mother drops her off at our place in the morning because where she lives is in a not a safe place and she couldn't stay there by herself to wait for the bus. Then after school the bus brings her here until her mother picks her up. On the other coin it is nice to see her every day.
