We have a few bald eagles that live in our area of upstate NY. The original pair were released a couple of years ago, and several younger eagles have been born and frequently seen since. It is cool to see our national bird flying around. My husband and I keep our binoculars at the ready so that we can view the birds and animals that frequent our backyard and surrounding trees.
I like the bald eagle also, but have to say after having several wild turkeys on my patio for an afternoon they are also beautiful when the toms spread their feathers.
