Good morning to all. I agree with you Elijah, I can't stand avocados, never liked them, doubt I ever will. You all stay safe and be kind to each other.

I love avocado, too. That looks like cilantro above and tucked into the avocado pieces. Good start for guacamole.

Thanks for your input guys, I'll continue to enjoy them for all of us. So full of good vitamins and minerals.

I love avocado most any way. Good on sushi too! We used to have a huge avocado tree in our yard. Our Golden Retriever ate them and had a beautiful coat.

I also love avocados, orinoco. In a salad, with cottage cheese, in an omelet, by itself, in a sandwich or wrap. Just add a touch of salt.

I advocate avocados too! Never knew it until I tried guacamole at age 21.

Little drop of lemon juice, touch of salt, I'm in hog heaven.

I think it is one of the most awful foods I have ever tasted, so please do not offer me any food that has avocado added to it. Thank you

I see that like coconut, avocado divides the world into those who like it and those who don't. I guess I'm very lucky, there are few things I dislike in terms of food.

I think cilantro is another big divide. I've heard there is a genetic cause for that one.

Never heard of it, what is it like and does it have another name?

Cilantro is also known as green coriander. I used to hate it till I found out that if it's been sitting around in the grocers' shop, unrefrigerated, that's when it gets that awful soapy flavour with an undertone of cat pee. Really fresh coriander is another thing altogether.

Also called coriander. In US seeds are known as coriander and leaves/stems as cilantro.

I do not like coriander at all, but I do like cilantro as long as it's not too much.

It's also sold sometimes as Italian parsley, but I really think that's the grocer's name, not the correct one. Orinoco's right - the older cilantro is, the more bitter it gets. When I buy it, I put it in water and shove it into the fridge.

It freezes well, too. I love green coriander chutney, and since I blitz it in the blender I always freeze it first, it breaks up easier.

Yes, it does. I don't use it often, so I freeze the remainder for future use.
Had to get change to a different keyboard and mouse, and the new mouse feels heavier. Plus, I can't adjust the speed to match my other mouse. It's either too fast so that I can't find it without swirling at top of screen or too slow. No happy medium. Wondering if paying more for a gaming mouse would be worth it.

I can eat them but wouldn't seek them.
