Going from the picture that was in the email, I thought this was like a whole wheat hamburger bun with some variety of green leafy vegetables that had been overcooked. Perhaps a vegan type meal. Eating a scarf would have quite a bit of fiber, but, not the best kind to eat.
There is a place I love to go overlooking the ocean where I can sit in my car and read and hear the oceans soothing cry. I do it frequently and come away feeling very refreshed.
This puzzles reminds me of doing that, but in a different setting.

Watching the ocean from shore reminds me of enduring constancy; how many billions of years the ocean has lapped at shores and how many millions/billions of years it will continue to do so.
Guess it would be okay if it was a fishing hat!
