One quarter Irish, one quarter English pilgrim descendent, and one half German. Seems the Irish won out, though. Tough puzzle. I never am smart enough to cut the number of pieces down in these puzzles containing one color with various shades.
Me too. Mostly German but there's a part from Limerick although supposedly we are Scotch-Irish so whether that means we migrated down from Scotland or intermarried I don't know.

My husband just left for the tax service. I'm so grateful he handles things like that.

Irish here! My Grandfathers last name was O'Coughlin. A little German, too. My Grandmother was a Gliech. Happy Saint Paddys' Day to all!
