Know that feeling, too...the high humidity & the high temps have been terrible, just takes your breath away when you step outside.

It seems as though its getting harder to handle the heat now. It just wipes me out. Thanks for responding to my post.

Puzzlelover, I'm heat intolerant and life in n.e. Fla. During the summer I have to stay inside out of the heat as much as possible and I have a slideshow of snow scenes on my computer monitor. :)

I try to stay out of the heat too. I see to my mom so I don't always get to avoid going out in it. It never used to bother me when I was younger but it sure does now. Unfortunately, I can't handle the cold real well anymore either. I guess I need the middle ground. Nice to know i'm not the only one that's that way. May you see the beauty in each day!!!

We are all of a sudden enjoyed some lower temps here than our usual high 90's & low 100's,
our 113 (highest temp) was in August. The mornings have been great, in the 70's, even the cat is happy.

It gets really hot here during the summer. We both want to move. I spoke to a friend and said we were brain storming of moving. She then tells her hubby that were moving.
It is a long time since I made one of these, last one was with my youngest grandson, he is now 22 years old, and having a whale of a time at uniso all of you whom have grandsons and grand daughters make the most of them, take lots of photos and just enjoy doing what they like best. Have a great time and just enjoy each day as it comes.
Brr - we don't get snow where I live and spring is in the air - but the wind is still cold. Brought back memories of making snowmen with my brother in England! (I don't think ours was ever quite this well done though! )
Where did you live in England? Are you from there? My hubby and I love to visit England.

Hello, trynfindit - my roots are from Sussex - near Eastbourne and a lot of years were spent in Hampshire. A bucket list ideal is to travel back there in a few years for a visit and meet up with relatives :)

We certainly have started saving - the airfares from NZ are a quite expensive and we reckon we would need enough for 3months at least (and that probably would only just scratch the surface! ) The other half would love to do the Dorset Steam Fare - so the dreams are there :) Bless you and have a great day!
I love snow. But, then, I live in n.e. Florida so we only see snow when we're in the NC mountains and then it's nice 'cause we don't have to live in it to the extent those up north do.

I'm going to bed to read a while
God willing I'll be back tomorrow
Have a good read...
