Speaking of tomatoes! I love bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches.
I freeze two strips of bacon in little baggies --- enough for one sandwich ---- without keeping a pound of bacon for weeks! Tomatoes are so good right now. A BLT and a bowl of soup makes a very satisfying dinner for me.

I fry the bacon first, then freeze it in baggies like you do. Take out what I need, warm it to crisp it some and enjoy on sandwiches, with eggs, whatever!

Colors are always a great pick me up and makes the day seem a lot brighter. Especially when it's still dark at 7:30am outside.
