Yeah I thought they were bagels at first glance!

They might be Oriental. I think I have seen ads in my plant catalogues for Oriental each trees with flattened fruits like that.

Per Wikipedia: "The flat peach (Prunus persica var. platycarpa) is also known as the doughnut/donut peach or Saturn peach. It is a variety of peach with pale yellow to white-ish fruit. They are harvested in late spring through the end of summer. Flat peaches are usually sweeter than other peaches, but still have a recognizable peach taste."
