Living in the desert, lighthouses are something I've never seen up close and personal. I'd like to experience that.

I lived on the west end of Manitoulin Island and they still have a light burning there in the lighthouse. But the lighthouse has been made into a restaurant (a nice one) and the light is now automatic (as is most lights nowadays).

How delightful, living on an island. Were you an adult yet, or still a child? I think it would be really nice to have dinner in a lighthouse.

I was a young adult, just graduated high school. And yes, it was.
What delicious colors. I guess neither of the lights is the sun which has to be outside the photo on the left. I wonder what they could be.
Wishing you a day of mystery.
Four Lessons on Life:
1. Never take down a fence until you know why it was put up.
2. If you get too far ahead of the army, your soldiers may mistake you for the enemy.
3. Don't complain about the bottom rungs of the ladder; they helped to get you higher.
4. If you want to enjoy the rainbow, be prepared to endure the storm. —Warren Wiersbe (On Being a Servant of God)
