My nephew is a lookout who works in a very high watchtower, watching for signs of fire in the forest. I could never climb that high and survive, but he does. It's really beautiful there, and he sends me the most beautiful pictures of sunrises and sunsets. They have been some remarkable pictures with the clouds hanging low enough that he's actually over them, so he can get a bird's eye view! Those are wonderful to look at and let my mind daydream.
Well I did it. I finally finished January puzzles and can go on to February puzzles which makes me just under 2 months behind, lol.
I have to say this lighthouse puzzle was my favorite of the month for January as I love anything to do with lighthouses and nice that it ended the last day of the month too. Love lighthouses!
Thank you. My weekend has started much worse than I want and need it to be. Hoping it will get better as it goes along. Nothing catastrophic, just lots of pain from my fibromyalgia. I've got a lot to do today and am in too much pain to want to do any of it. Whine, whine, whine. Sometimes it seems that's all I do. Hope you all forgive me for the days when I whine to you!

If whining helps, whine away. Hope your day improves nlb. I always appreciate a good whine.

Dear nlb, my neighbour suffers from this as well and I can see how painful it is for her. With all the modern discoveries in medicine these days it is hard to believe that someone has not found a cure for things such as fibromyalgia. My prayers are with you. God bless you and thank you for giving us the opportunity to pray for you. Hugs.

I so appreciate you people. You are always there with an encouraging word and, more importantly, a prayer. I cannot thank you enough!

Prayers coming your way, nlb! My 'whine' is finding help to diagnose my pain. So far 3 dr's who don't 'believe' in fibromyalgia, and no magic treatments yet.

Kjd, the problem with fibromyalgia is they can't really test for it. It is just kind of a label they put on it when they can't come up with any other diagnosis. It sort of means "I give up" in doctor talk. And there really isn't much they can do for it either, except try to manage the symptoms. Cymbalta has helped a lot but pain medication is about the only recourse. Unfortunately, I am on regular doses of morphine with norco (vicodine) when the pain still gets bad. I hope they will find some relief for you soon. nlb

Aussie, when they find something, a week later it will be on tv telling you to sue, because it causes cancer and death, among other things. Sending up Prayers for U
