Well my son updated my computer last night it now runs faster, but my brain is getting slower. Wonder if he can fix it.

Love the saying. Tonight Tabby is not cooperating with me. Still have her pill in her dab of food and she just runs from it. Will keep trying. Cleo goes to vet Wednesday to see if she is OK or not. NEVER ENDS!

One of our cats used to hide her pill...it might me anywhere in the house. We have even had to smash them in is small ball of her food.

I smash her medicine each time and put it in a dab of tuna. When she eats that, I give her a regular dose of food.
Good morning all. Beautiful seascape for this mornings puzzle. :) Actually, this reminds me of Bob Ross and all his beautiful seascape paintings. I still watch him via reruns on PBS/Create TV. Anybody else watch Bob Ross? May you all have a beautiful day. >^-^<

Tomandray my brother and I both used to watch Bob Ross, picked up some handy tips from him. Funny a friend who I grew up with is named Bob Ross. They even looked very similar. Didn't realize PBS still ran his series. Hope you also have a beautiful day and be safe. ;-D

We watched it back in the day (It's a happy little tree; I can still hear that in my mind) and occasionally see it now. Does bring back memories! He was an unusual man - a total, face down in the gutter alcoholic who turned himself around by giving his life to Jesus. Quite remarkable and very humble, too.

Yes, aknan, the "happy little trees" :)) Makes me laugh, and "there are no mistakes, just happy little surprises". :)) He was funny. Saw the episode with his "happy little squirrel". So cute.

Beautiful - Today is the first day in two weeks that I have felt like a human being and lost 10-1/4 punds in the process. I have to have the weekly injection tomorrow so hope it doesn't start up all over again.
Good morning to all. Aussie saying small prayer that you don't have as bad a reaction to your next shot. That's a lot of weight to have lost in such a short amount of time. Bet your clothes are hanging on you!!! Hope you don't lose that much every time you have one of those shots or you will melt away to nothing lol!!!

When I went to the doctor a few days ago he said "stick your tongue out at me" lol and he said the same thing about hydration, but I have a flask of water next to me all day and sip from it. Nice and cold in one of those double stainless steel bottles. Probably cannot notice the weight loss as I have a lot more to lose, but feeling much more comfortable and hope I can keep it off and lose it a little more slowly. If you start to feel a little bloated from the water, add a twist of lemon peel or a couple slices of cucumber. Makes it taste good and helps with absorption, too. You take care, lovely lady!

I constantly have glasses of water (with ice) and Gatorade G2 next to me. And when I go anywhere my bottle of water goes with me. BTW, I've lost 40 pounds since Oct. 2018. Got a lot more to go.
