Years ago my church organized trips abroad --- usually 3 weeks.
On Sundays we always had an impromptu worship service in a place that seemed close to God. Some were beside a lake, or a place with a magnificent view. One Sunday we came upon a tiny church in Norway --- open to visitors. It wasn't this one --- as the window above the altar faced a superb view of mountains. If God wasn't in your heart, He sure was available through the window! There was no one else around and we decided to have our small service in the church. As we began several other tourists came in and we welcomed them and invited them to join us. They did.
It is a wonderful memory.
I can't believe how many of you traveled so much. You came from a family that had a lot more money than us. We were just poor farmers. Your story sounds wonderful.
