I love the mountains even more that the seaside, and I live in one of the flattest areas in the USA...northern Illinois!! Have a wonderful day, mamag, and I hope things are improving for you day by day. It will never be the same, but I hope it gets, I guess, smoother for you. Blessings.

Thank you nborchardt and trynfindit. I am getting by day by day. I still have a long way to go, but with my sisters, church family, and friends like you, I will be okay. I still have trouble at night, but I think that is starting to improve. I hope you are feeling better as well nborchardt.

I put in a message to my doctor yesterday with all my symptoms and what was going on and he prescribed me an antibiotic that I take for 5 days. I never get antibiotics, so I'm not too concerned about getting this one. Thank you for askin, trynfindit.

Hopefully the antibiotics will make you feel better nborchardt. One thing I did when I take them is to make sure you eat something. They can upset the stomach.

I finally have a dr. apt for Thursday. I am still having trouble sleeping at night and I just need a good physical checkup. I have been so busy taking care of my husband I have been neglecting me for the past few years.

Remind, s me of the Beach Boys song "Aruba, Jamaica, oo I wanna take you to Bermuda, Bahamas, c'mon pretty, mama! Key Largo, Montego, Baby why don't we go to the Kokomos, we'll get there fast and we'll take it slow! " And apologies for misspellings and wrong words. My memory ain't what it used to be. I remember this song so well because my youngest sister, who passed 4 years ago, had a complete tape with this song on it over, and over, and over again! But palm trees, beach, sunrise, is beautiful. Reminds me of the north coast of Honduras. Have a most beautiful day and don't forget to share your blessings!!
I adored the (original) Beach Boys back in the day.

He is doing ok. Lately he's been having fatigue flares but the pain in his left eye, which he described as 'an ice pick going through his left eye to the back of his head', has finally stopped after two and a half weeks of the pain and associated headache. His latest MRI reading shows that the lesions in his brain and spine have only increased a very little amount. Those improvements tie in with the miracle I've asked God for. Thanks so much for asking. Hugs.
