I never got into Pastry Baking but when I was in my 20's I was given a recipe for 4 loaves of bread. It was real easy. For a few years I made a lot and gave a lot away to family. I know I still have the recipe but started having a family and quit making it. I have a few casserole dishes, etc. that I make.
It's hot the afernoon, in the 70s, but it in the 40's & 50 in the morning. We need heat at night, but my in the a/c in the afternoon. Yes, I'm still here....!

I am no cook at all but at the grand age of 54 I just started making bread, pastry and pasta, and it is surprisingly easy to do, thank you youtube :-)

It's 90 during the day and low 70's at night. Thursday night it's supposed to get down to the 40's. I don't care for it to be that cool.
Age 60 might be the new 40, but 9 pm is the new midnight.
