Thank you team for this one, I make my own pepper soup and have found a way to get the skin off I have been asking my friends if they had a way of doing it besides a blowtorch and was watching a cooking program on cooking and if by magic this one appeared so I am passing this on to you, you halve your Peppers and deseed them lay them down on the flat side of your baking tray, put your oven on about 150 and leave till they go burnt and take your tray out of the oven, put cling film over all the peppers leave for about 8 to 10 minutes and take off the cling film and the skin just peels away, and ready to chop into small pieces to go in with the rest of your ingredients and fabulous no more irritating little bits of skin, also the peppers are a lot sweeter..Good luck if you are making Pepperd soup.
