Growing up I never cared all that much for roses...until my hubby and I went to England. The roses there are GORGEOUS and they're everywhere! We even saw huge pink roses growing all along a high fence at a "petrol" station! Really lovely.
My dad always had a rose garden, I don't do so well with them my I love them. I think the dark red ones are my favorite ones, but if you want to send roses to me I'll take any color.

Me, too, CatLadyOKC -- any color of gift roses is A-OK with me. We have one bush outside our living room window that always brings a joy to my eyes to see -- starts reddish-gold as it blooms and ends up salmon-colored. I love it. The red and the white together make a beautiful bouquet. And fragrance! Ah, the fragrance. Love the time of roses.

Good morning or evening depending on where you are! Aussie wonderful quotes today. It is hard for me to find friends and even longer to trust that they will be there. Every best friend I have ever had has died so I kind of backed off for fear I would lose another and trust is a very hard thing to come by. Puzzle was a little difficult, but very pretty. I love roses, their smell is heavenly, miss being able to grow them. They grew so well in Redding, not so well on a mountaintop in central Oregon. You all be safe and happy.

Elijah13, I noticed you just got Windows 10 and it is giving you fits. Did me, too. I was able to go back to Windows 7 on my old desktop, but I have several friends who bought new computers and they couldn't. Have your son (or whoever set it up for you) come over and Google "make Windows 10 look like Windows 7". There are lots of helpful websites that are available. Maybe that will help. Just remember, Windows 10 upgrades whenever it darned-well-pleases, no matter what you want, so, if you can, leave your computer running and/or ask your friend to show you how to manually check every day for upgrades and you can do it before you start your day. Hope these hints help and are still valid advice.
