That is a production!
I prefer my Squash Chiffon Pie to Pumpkin --- it has a lighter taste and consistency.

This was another toughie. and I love pumpkin pie but I couldn't image eating this thing. Way too sweet. beautiful tho.

Cindyj28..I was thinking the same thing...very pretty..fun to make..a toughie...I like my pumpkin pie plain with some whipped cream on top...no chocolate or carmel
