Hi Sunsetsky, I was doing this puzzle earlier this morning, came back for a "second helping" of this beautiful desert, and drooling of course. But I was thinking, what is in the cake portion? Maybe a soft cream cheese type of cake? With maybe a vanilla, rum or almond flavoring? The raspberries are a nice garnish and of course the chocolate on top always puts a smile on my face....love chocolate....well, that would make a very nice snack for mid-afternoon. :) Have a great day. :)

My guess would be white chocolate as raspberries are usually put with white chocolate and then garnished with dark chocolate as you can see with this pictures. Looks yummy!
