I love quilts and wish I could make them, I have friends who make quilts and give them away. I love all the different designs quilters can create.!

An 11-year-old girl from our church made a quilt for me the Christmas after her grandmother passed away the previous Spring from historical scenes material that her grandmother had left behind. After I thanked her for the quilt, I asked her, "Did you realize there are a bunch of knots in that quilt? " She laughed and said that there was supposed to be knots to hold it together. I tried to tell her, "No there's knot."

That was kind of crazy to put together. Fun though. I did it in wavy to make the piece shapes flow with the pattern. Like I said, kind of crazy.
