I have such a praise today I had to share with you all. I have a job working as a substitute teacher's assistant. have been doing this for three weeks and today was just one of the best. I got to work with special needs children in a regular classroom setting. I had the sweetest little seven year old. Oh my gosh was he precious. He may have problems with motor skills and has little to no vocabulary as he cannot speak. But his smile will melt the heart of almost anyone. I had such joy working with these children and this little guy. The only thing I regret is I am only on call and not licensed to teach an actual classroom. I am only a supervisor and assist the teacher with students when they fall behind. I would love to get my teaching certificate but it is so expensive going back to school after just graduating from Argosy. I have been accepted into Liberty University here in VA. but I still owe a lot to my other school. I need prayers that this will be the start of something that God is leading me to into my life. I hope will be assigned to again to that school. I would love it to be permanent. but Sources4Teachers is a temp service for teachers and assistants. Praise God at least I have a start. Love you and thank you all for the support and encouragement you gave me through all my struggles. I am sending each one of you a GREAT BIG cyber hug. (XXOXOXOOXOXOXOXOOXXOOXXO).
Absolutely fabulous! So good that it gives you such joy, too. May your life continue to bring success in all your endeavors. Good teachers are hard to find and have a lifelong influence on us, too.

Hi HeatherK, I am working on my bachelor's degree and I will be graduating this Spring. So many things have changed since I started this course, I am not sure if that is still the direction I am going in.
I had a squirrel feeder and often saw birds in the jar. I had the feeder hoping to keep the squirrels in my yard and away from the woods where they might get shot. My brother-in-law made a squirrel sauce piquant? (stew) that was delicious according to my husband.

Dbnc2, I've eaten a lot of squirrel. My aunt taught my brother and me how to hunt them way back when we lived in Arkansas. It's good fried, like chicken (no, it doesn't taste like chicken! ) and in stews.

My daughter used to think stewed squirrel would cure her migraines. I think by the time her dad shot it and prepared it, the migraine had time to wear off.
