When the Red, Red Robin Comes Bob, Bob, Bobbin' Along
Al Jolson
When the Red, Red Robin Comes Bob-Bob Bobbin' Along
When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbin' along, along
There'll be no more sobbin' when he starts throbbin' his old sweet song
Wake up, wake up you sleepy head
Get up, get out of your bed
Cheer up, cheer up the sun is red
Live, love, laugh and be happy
What if I were blue,
Now I'm walking through,
Walking through the fields of flowers
Rain may glisten but still I listen for hours and hours
I'm just a kid again doing what I did again, singing a song
When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbin' along
When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbin'
When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbin' along
There'll be no more sobbin' when he starts throbbin'
There'll be no more sobbin' when he starts a throbbin' his old sweet song
Wake up, wake up you sleepy head
Why don't you get up, get up, get out of bed, cheer up
Live, love, laugh and be happy
What if I were blue, now I'm walking through fields of flowers
Rain may glisten but still I listen for hours and hours
I'm just a kid again, doing what I did again, singing a song
When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbin'
When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbin' along
Along, along, along, along, along.
My timing has improved. probably because of the different mouse I have. I now have 7 cats, only 3 of the same when I was on here before. these were strays that came.
Just had to do this puzzle. The Robins arrive in our area in March and by the end of August they are gone. They work the lawn from morning to evening in search of food. Really miss them
I think that's a pyracantha. My mom had one growing on her fence in AZ.
The deer have been eating my hollies. It took 30 years for them to fill out and in a few months they are being destroyed. :-(
I will have to geet some spray. The netting didn't do much. The snow pushed it into the bush so the branch ends stuck through and the deer ate them up.
Wishing you good ways to solve your problems.
Deer, deer. deer pixi - what a pain. Perhaps you can do an internet search to see how to stop the deer from eating you plants. I have an egg plant which is doing very well, but the small grasshoppers are eating the leaves and leaving holes everywhere. My walking stick comes in handy in getting rid of them lol. Hugs.

Well, Aussie, we plant lovers have much to contend with. Is your walking stick a cane or the insect? I see you have indicated it's a joke but it's beyond me. Sorry. Hugs to you too.
It's all the sweat and dough, dough, dough(doe) that has gone into my garden that makes it so hard to bear. Maybe that's what I need. A big wood carving of a bear. There are places around here that sell those.

You are right. Ours were next to the corner of our house right next to a front window. When the Robins got drunk, they would get up close to the window and look in to see us looking out. Ha Ha Great entertainment!!

Just before he passed away, my aunt's father gave her many rose bushes to plant along the driveway. The deer ruined them all. She tried everything --- even tying the last remnants of bars of soap to the bushes. The deer worked around them. Try the internet --- there may be new solutions.

A spray I used last year worked but it's expensive and would cost a fortune to maintain around our whole fence--400 feet. We have a long, narrow yard unfortunately. Last year they didn't bother our hollies (which supposedly they don't eat). This year they did.
