Someone is really ambitious! Raining now and it's July 4th! In for the day and tomorrow also. Getting ready to go to PA for a wedding this week-end. Going Friday and coming back Sunday--on a private jet--I'm not paying for it! My nephew is. My great niece is getting married.

Yes. My nephew has one but he lives in California and is bringing his family to the wedding. He says it is just as cheap to charter us a plane from Florida as it is for him to come get us and then have to do the reverse trip back to California. I haven't been in his new plane so am a little disapointed that I will not be going in that one.However, can't complain. It's a free trip.

Hosting a July 4th block party in my backyard this afternoon. A neighbor just brought over his grill and we'll be having chicken and hot dogs. Everyone else bringing side dishes. Had so much fun decorating! Everyone stay safe, have fun and salute your flag! God Bless our wonderful United States!

As a Woman Marine, back in the 50's, our barracks was only a block from where one of the flag poles was. No matter what we were doing, when we heard that bugler morning and evening, we stood at attention.....everything and everybody stopped.
