Ah, shredded carrots. Add some shredded cabbage and mayo, miracle whip, ranch or creamy Caesar dressing, and...yum. Pineapple shreds sure top it off!

Can you imagine the torture those poor carrots have to go through to get to this stage of their life? Reminds me of the Bible verse that says, "Carrots thou not that we perish? "

Toss in some raisins and a little mayo then hand me a fork. I'll be happy as can be. That's the way I like carrots best. I will share if anyone wants to join me.

Which way am I coming...east or west. The carrots & raisins sounds much better then the carrot cake (don't care for it or cooked carrots) want them raw.
