Dear bopitextreme - thank you for your kind words. No change as I have to see a heart specialist to see what action should next be taken. I have been trying to get my daughter to call me and for some reason she refuses to do so. However yesterday she did, it was such a blessing as we had a lovely conversation. Aussie, it's already 2022 for you and I sincerely hope that it is better than 2021! If the doctor can get all their medications in line, you should have a more normal life - after all, you'll have a new outdoor shower to enjoy! Know that you are much loved, dear friend.

Thank you Aknan - I must admit I have had some fun with my friends over your reaction to an outdoor shower but when I told them you live in Alaska, they understood hahaha. Also told them what a special friend you are and showed them your Christmas Card. I was in a lot of pain yesterday and the night before because my hand gets cold through lack of circulation so pulled a Michael Jackson and put on one glove - result had a great night's sleep and no pain in my hand. Now I just need a "whole body glove" to fix the rest of me ROFL. Thank you for your friendship. Loving hugs. PS a friend gave me some cooked shrimp (or prawns as we call them) and will be dining in luxury for lunch and dinner. Good start to the new year.
