Love the detail. Whoever took this used a really fast shutter speed. All the bubbly water looks like spun glass. I wonder if an egret is an albino great heron. We had a pair of egrets on our lake when we first moved but haven't seen them in years.
My quote for the day:
You can't catch a fish if you won't go near the water.
Wishing you all good "fishing."
Mmmm I can smell that tide. How I wish I Could still splash along the tide line. That's one of the things that I miss.
It's daft how it's the tiny things, that don't really matter at all when it comes down to it, that I miss so much.
Oh my goodness; having grown up on the coast and now having lived in the midwest for over 60 years, I STILL miss it.

I was looking back through some comments and she'd mentioned back in July of 2014 she had to have a neurological scan.
I'm worried about her.
