Spices don't agree with me. They create acid reflux. So does greasy food.

Wow!!! Someone else with acid reflux. I have to take a pill for that every a.m. before I eat. I also have Crohn's disease.

Lots of spices. I don't cook much. Sam does most of the cooking. We don't use many spices.

The only spices I use are garlic, salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg, ground ginger, whole cloves (in baked ham), cinnamon, ground cloves, oregano and small amounts of Tony Chachere's. :)

Very few spices do I use--and NEVER hot ones.
