Hello all, remember the conversation about freezer jam? I just made 13 cups of it (two batches). It turned out GREAT, and will be sharing it with all the mothers in my life on Sunday. So pleased with the results!!
Hi kjd, how's your jam making coming along? Are you still making it in the freezer? I've been thinking about doing that for a long time. Sugar free jam is so expensive, and I'm diabetic, so I thought it may be cheaper to make it.

Don't know if you've tried any of the freezer recipes, but the ones I've used actually have MORE sugar than regular jams. Hope you can find a recipe that meets your needs. :-)

I was able to find a place that sells sugar-free jam at the same price as the regular. I have to laugh because it was in such an unexpected place! I found it at a discount bakery! lol I haven't been there in such a long time, but I needed some bread and decided to pop in, and there was the diabetic jam to go with the bread! FTW! (for the win)
