I love dishes ---- almost as much as food! This one seems to be a shallow soup dish (not really a bowl) ---- a good idea for a substantial salad. Think I'll try it.

I came to a fork in the road today and took it.
I, too, would leave off the bleu cheese which looks more white than bleu.
It is probably a nutritious salad, though. Too bleu for me. The blue berries would have been enough blue for me.

I make a salad with spinach, pears, nuts, raisins, olives and bleu cheese and we love it. De gustibus.
I'd skip the blueberries, tho. Never liked them in anything. They are pretty plants and I have one bush. I enjoy the beauty of the plant. I let the birds enjoy the berries.
I guess whether you like this one is a toss up.

While we are a-dressing the topic, if you replaced the bleu cheese with chunks of chicken or turkey, then I might be interested in grazing in it.

If you had read my post you'd realize you aren't the only oddball here, catlady. I sometime find bleu cheese to be a perfect taste balance for certain salads. It's the blueberries I'd skip so I'm even odder than you I guess.

I would leave it as it is....I like all the ingredients in the salad including the blueberries....I did read your post before I left mine....As I said "I'll take the salad just as it is!!!!

Agree that it must be a confusing time for the UK. I've seen Strawberries in salads many times. Saw one that had chicken breasts, blue cheese, greens, walnuts and a raspberry vinageratte.
