Just such a wonderful painting. Elephants treat their young so well and will mourn a lost calf of another elephant of the group.

I like to watch nature shows and your right about the elephants. I happen to see this very thing and it brought tears to my eyes. I also saw this with a father zebra trying to get the baby to come with him because the mother zebra had died and the baby wouldn't leave. Just amazing
