Jigsaw puzzle free online of a piece of tiramisu, a popular Italian dessert. The dessert is made with ladyfingers dipped in coffee and mascarpone cheese.
Love this kind of cake, but the Italians certainly keep this recipe under wraps, as I have tried with no avail to find some one to be kind enough to pass me the true recipe, any takers, will pass them and old recipe for a true one of the famous parkin, yummy or some of the oldies call it

Like many Italian recipes Tiramisu is very simple, and like for many Italian recipes the "secret" is to use good quality ingredients.
Look for the Italian Savoiardi ladyfingers, which are hard with a slightly sweet top - don't soak them, just dunk into cold instant coffee (ness) NOT espresso for 5 seconds and remove (you can also use a brush, you really don't want to soak too much of the liquid). A nice mascarpone and RAW egg yolks (you could find pasteurized egg yolks in some stores) gives it the wonderful creaminess. I also like to put the rum into the cream not the soaking liquid. Use any booze you like, even Kahlua or Baileys, or if eaten with kids you could use just a little rum essence. Another secret is to refrigerate it long enough for the flavors to mix, at least 2 hours. Please don't use cocoa powder on top, it's never nice to inhale the dust, use a nice bittersweet chocolate that you run on a finer grater or microplane.
