The basket in this online jigsaw puzzle is full of various tomatoes. Some tomatoes are perfectly red and ripe, while others blend in with the green basil leaves scattered on top.
I did the 1008 pieces and this took me a long time to do! At first I was discouraged, but later I became enthralled and determined to beat it! I typically look at the picture RARELY. Just a here and there to re-orient me, but not for purposes of placing pieces. A family member uses the picture constantly to place pieces. Not me. This was hard and fun!
When we lived in the Catskills we got oodles of tomatoes from our vegetable patch. Now I'm in a slightly warmer place but can't get any vegetables to grow. Last year I had fille half a 55 gallon barrel with premium soil and put in one tomato plant. I got about 5 tiny--2-2.5 inch diameter tomatoes. Three edibles grow in this yard...grapes. cherries and apples. IO lose the cherries to the birds and the other two to the bug which is okay because I can't eat them anyway.
