One of my favorite meals, especially in the summer, is a salad-as-dinner. In a shallow bowl --- layers of baby spinach, celery, thin-sliced carrot, cut-up tomatoes, topped with bite size chicken and shredded cheese. Dress with raspberry vinaigrette. Yum!

My dental hygienist friend I had asked you to pray for is having a terrible time. Apparently she decided to return to work only to catch COVID which has led to pneumonia because she is allergic to so many medications. They were abel to stop it with an antibiotic but she continues to have trouble breathing and they don;t know why...possibly a blood clot brought on by COVID. Please try to find time to pray for her. She is a very dear person. You all would love her.
I remember you talking about her awhile back. Too bad she is having more problems. Hope they find out what is wrong quickly. I have prayers for her and the doctors.
Looks like a very tasty soup--if that's what it is. Have lots to do this month because EVERYTHING seems to come due this month--I guess because my birthday is next month. Have some things I want my niece to look at--and maybe do for me. However, she is in California this week--at her brothers house--so will have to wait.
