I'm not into scarves, but if I were, these appear too thin for my taste.

I prefer more colorful scarves myself. Lean more towards plaid.

I've purchased a couple scarves for winter, but once I wrap them around my neck, I don't really care for the look, but maybe I just don't wrap them correctly.

Micki, I find it difficult to wear scarves, too, but I think it's because of the large "shelf" I have - it kinda gets in the way....

I have a few scarves, but, this one looks like it would be pretty good to wear during the winter. One reason why I wear a scarf in the winter is that is keeps my neck and chest warmer and, if it's really windy, I can also wrap my head with the scarf.

I wonder why you don't see many people wearing scarves these days everyone wore them when I was a youngster I like the pastel colors of this one

I tend to wear a scarf in the winter. I have one that I bought in 1987 in New York that's about 6 feet long and was made in Ethiopia. I also have a multicolored scarf that's more a work of art than a scarf, plus a few other scarves. I was watching MSNBC's coverage of Paris and the Europeans interviewed were wearing scarves. Perhaps it's more of a European thing.
