I have a collection of old antique clocks spread throughout the house, and everyone of them reads a different time. I'd like to reset them all, but I never seem to have "the time." lol!

It must be fun to hear them going off one after the other. If they were all on time they'd strike at one time and make an awful racket. See. There's an up side to anything.

Well, that would be really cool, but none of them are working right now! I used to wind up or reset clocks all the time, but I can't do it anymore. Hubby hated all the chiming, so he let them all run down. Even the battery-run clocks, even though they don't make any noise, have run out of batteries. If it weren't for my computer and my phone I'd never know what time it is!

Your husband and mine must have gone to the same school. When we visited my aunt it was like living in a cuckoo clock. Something was constantly chirping, buzzing, ringing or cuckcooing. And that would set her dog barking.
Quite a circus. The only clocks we have are none chiming electric ones and I can hear them tic when it's quiet.

You are right, pixipixil. There is an upside to most everything. The down that keeps an eider duck warm is used later in comforters and coats that keep us warm.

Sometimes it is hard to face the facts, even when it is so handy.

Always better to face things hands on the minute you can.

Not if they're bum ones. I've avoided them
for ages. It looks like I'll have to beef up my efforts to cull them out. I've herd some have developed a canny avility to slip through our d-fences.
