What an exhilarating feeling! Never experienced it myself, but congratulations!

It definitely didn't last for very long, rahrah1820 - I must have been the 4th person to do that particular puzzle ;).
My sister's two grandchildren both call her 'Ra-ra' - because the eldest had a little bit of a hearing/speech impediment. He could never manage 'Grandma'.................then the younger one just copied him ;)!

Love that story about ra-ra. My friend had trouble remembering to call me Deborah instead of Debi, so she doubled the last 3 letters of my name. From then on I was known as RahRah! lol I was a deacon in the church, and even from the pulpit I was referred to as RahRah. lol

Rev RahRah - what a brilliant name for a Preacher ;)!

That's too funny! But, I was a deacon(ess), not a Rev. A deacon takes care of the physical aspects of the church more than anything. On the other hand, I think we're all Revs, in our own ways, just on a smaller scale than a whole congregation. :) Thanks for the laugh, I enjoyed that one.

I have a couple of friends who're Deacons in their respective churches :D. Can I be very cheeky and ask for some prayers. After mentioning my sister to you, I've just had the news that she's had a 'Bleed on the Brain'..................which was totally unexpected. I'm recruiting prayers from all my 'prayer partners' and would be grateful if 'one Rah Rah' could find the time to pray for 'another Ra-Ra', please. Her name is Susan Quirk and she lives in Liscard (Merseyside). Thank you in faith xxx

I will be glad to lift your ra-ra up in prayers, often. I'm sorry to hear of this problem, but we know that God is ready to receive and answer prayers all the time. He may not answer in the way we expect, but He does answer in His finite wisdom. Take care of you, too, okay?

You're not being cheeky at all, asking for prayer is a sign of faith, faith that God will hear and answer. Sharing prayers with one another is sharing faith. I'm blessed to share faith with you.

Thank you :D. Susan had her operation yesterday, and was allowed to eat/drink last night before settling down for the night. She had had at least two, possibly three, bleeds and the doctors have found 'some more' in danger of rupturing at some point. She had said, last night, that she couldn't feel her legs but the drs said that could be from being in one position for a long time. Her husband and daughter will be meeting with the dr later today. Thank you and God Bless you.

I know two women who have brain bleeds, too. They have both lived for years with them. I'm not real familiar with their situations, but I do know that they have other health issues as well. Prayers continuing for your beloved sister, Susan.
I don't leave messages often, but in reading other's messages, I know there are many good prayer warriors out there. I need to ask for prayer for my hubby and I. He has been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer. It has already spread into his lung, so there is no cure. We have been told that if his body responds well to treatment, we might have five years together. So thankful that it is five years, not five months. Please pray that we will be remain strong in our faith as we start this journey, Thank you
Prayers and good thoughts are with you. Take one day at a time and persevere in prayer. Keep the faith.

It is so sad, confusing, and frustrating to receive news like this. I pray that a cure for cancer be found SOON! Faith is the biggest warrior we have as we battle this evil. My prayers for you and your hubby are strength as you fight for a cure, and comfort and peace as you let the Lord lead you through this time. Love and hugs...God Bless.

Prayers offered to God for wisdom and compassion in the medical team, and patience, comfort, ease of pain, and the feeling of being wrapped up in God's arms for you and your beloved. My brother was very far along with illness, and his doctor told him that if he'd stick with the regime, he could have another year of life. It wouldn't heal him, but it would give him a better quality of life. My brother made it 1 year and 3 days. Lesson learned: do the work, enjoy whatever time you have left to live and love. That's true even if you're not terminal.

Prayers for you and hubby to have 5 wonderful years, followed by more and more years, enough that it amazes those around and glory is given to God. I have a cousin with brain cancer who was given only a few month by the best of Doctors--his treatments and everyones prayers have kept him alive for 2 years now, and they are still able to go to church and special events together! God is able!
Just watched a movie called "the Devil's Violinist" about Paganini - he was pretty mixed up but very talented. The guy who played the part of Paganini was David Garret, himself a very talented violinist. I checked him out on youtube and he is brilliant and pretty easy on the eye lol.

Stay safe from the snow. We're supposed to get snow where I live in Ohio later this week but only a little.

I know what you mean, nightmare. For me, it was when my dad would pull out the 12 string guitar. He was amazing with it, and self taught. He also had a wonderful bass voice, and my mom was just as good at singing. My favorite time as a child was when we'd be on a family drive, and they'd start singing the old songs that told stories. As for me, it's better if I just sing in the shower! lol
